Built by a retired engineer and put through IVA by the GBS factory, he wanted to make the car as light as possible and he succeeded weighing in at just under 500KG making this a very quick and capable road / track car with fantastic handling and an ideal great value for money introduction to the world of light weight British sports car ownership. Unlike other “7” makes GBS manufacture over 80% of the car at their Newark based factory, making this a true British Sports Car with spares parts readily available.
Powered by the fantastic Ford Zetec 2Ltr Black Top installed new at time of build, running an Emerald ECU linked to a 5 speed manual box pushing just over 170BHP and having only covered 3300 miles from new
Wrapped in white with carbon fibre wrap on bonnet, chrome edging, and black painted arches, Black roll bar, chrome stone guards and exhaust cover, At the rear we have fitted a new Black diffuser giving a very aggressive look, running on unmarked black team dynamic motorsports alloys with GBS centres and Yokohama tyres all round, lowered floor and Black interior with carbon centre console ,black dash and dials, LED lights and light weight racing seats with TRS harnesses and sports steering wheel, serviced by us and ready to go.
